It depends where you live. On average you will receive your items in 5 business days. Our default shipping method is UPS Ground but sometimes we ship USPS...it really depends on what is the most affordable and effective way to get your items to you fast.

All orders are shipped by UPS by default. Your package will come to you in a large box packaged neatly. Orders less then $30.00 will cost $8.50 to ship. For orders that are $30.00 to $499.99 the shipping price will be 12% of your order total. We do offer exchanges on any damaged items you may get. To obtain our authorization to return a defective item for a replacement, simply send us an email within 5 days of purchase. Product boxes and/or items that have been written on or otherwise marked will not be considered for a replacement. You may qualify for a an exchange on your item if: -Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by giftsundertwenty. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable. -Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. ITEMS WITH GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement. ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact within 5 days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately. NOTE: Established procedures by UPS, U.S.Parcel Post, and trucking lines, must be complied with or they may deny your claim.

Because all of our items are brand new there should be nothing broken. But sometimes "Life" happens. If something is damaged please send me an email. I promise that I will make it right for you.

This usually will not happen. Once your item is shipped I will send you a confirmation with a tracking number. UPS, Parcel Post, and trucking firms will not accept any responsibility for hardships caused by lost shipments. We regret that we cannot assist you in this manner. We suggest you place and pay for a duplicate order. When the carrier validates your claim, we will credit your account or send a refund check/paypal monies at your request.

Any watch received in a defective condition that doesn't show signs of wear, which is returned to giftsundertwenty within 45 days of purchase date in its original display box, can be returned to giftsundertwenty for credit or replacement. A Return Authorization Form must be used as no merchandise can be returned to giftsundertwenty without prior consent from giftsundertwenty.

Yes, but a street address or a personal address is required for UPS product shipments. We may assess an additional handling fee for shipments sent to P.O. Boxes. Shipping to P.O. Boxes may also cause a delay in shipment. Use your home or apartment address if you can; use a Post Office Box only in addition to a street address. NOTE: All UPS shipments must have a physical (street) address. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. If you're currently shipping to a P.O. Box, please contact giftsundertwenty right away and change to a physical address. Note also that Rush Delivery shipments cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes.

Want to know exactly where your packages are? We've got verification of shipping status through UPS or USPS. Once we ship your order, you can track it quickly and easily, right on your home computer. (Remember, allow 2 days for us to ship your order before you try to track it.) You will get a tracking number via email once your item has been shipped. PLEASE NOTE: Items under 1 pound may be shipped Parcel Post First Class. Items shipped Parcel Post First Class cannot be tracked.

Customers in areas outside the continental United States pay higher shipping and handling rates because all carriers charge higher rates to ship to these areas. If you need a shipping quote to your area please email me and I will get back to you with a quote.

Yes! We do sell gift certificates. We can customize them as well to your liking. They come in $20.00 increments.

Yes. We are working on a catalog right now and should have it completed soon. If you provide us your address we will get one out to you ASAP.

Rates are significantly higher for Rush Service and on all shipments outside the continental United States. Therefore, we encourage our customers to avoid using rush service and to have goods shipped to a physical address, to minimize shipping and handling costs.
