It depends where you live. On average you will receive your items in 5 business days. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing as I do pay for all the shipping on your order. So if you place your order on a Friday night @ 11pm, odds are that I wont see it until Monday or Tuesday. Then it usually takes 2-3 days for payment processing and sometimes 5 days for shipping. I have seriously had people pay for items on a Friday night and sent me an email 8am Saturday morning wondering where their item was. Unfortiantely your not going to get your item overnight unless if you pay for express, which is expensive and I dont reccomend it. The longer ship times is how I am able to keep the item prices so low. Our default shipping method is UPS Ground but sometimes we ship USPS...it really depends on what is the most affordable and effective way to get your items to you as fast as possible.

All orders are shipped by UPS by default. Your package will come to you in a large box packaged neatly. Orders less then $30.00 will cost $8.50 to ship. For orders that are $30.00 to $499.99 the shipping price will be 12% of your order total. We do offer exchanges on any damaged items you may get. Otherwise, no we dont offer returns or refunds unless if an item is severely backordered and there is no way we can get it to you in a timely manner. To obtain our authorization to return a defective item for a replacement, simply send us an email within 5 days of purchase a picture of the dent/ding would be nice but not necessary. Product boxes and/or items that have been written on or otherwise marked will not be considered for a replacement. You may qualify for a an exchange on your item if: -Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by giftsundertwenty. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable. -Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. ITEMS WITH GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement. ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact within 5 days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately. NOTE: Established procedures by UPS, U.S.Parcel Post, and trucking lines, must be complied with or they may deny your claim.

This usually will not happen. Once your item is shipped I will send you a confirmation with a tracking number if its available. On some smaller orders we do not get tracking numbers. UPS, Parcel Post, and trucking firms will not accept any responsibility for hardships caused by lost shipments. We regret that we cannot assist you in this manner. We suggest you place and pay for a duplicate order. When the carrier validates your claim, we will credit your account or send a refund check/paypal monies at your request.

Yes, but a street address or a personal address is required for UPS product shipments. We may assess an additional handling fee for shipments sent to P.O. Boxes. Shipping to P.O. Boxes may also cause a delay in shipment. Use your home or apartment address if you can; use a Post Office Box only in addition to a street address. NOTE: All UPS shipments must have a physical (street) address. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. If you're currently shipping to a P.O. Box, please contact giftsundertwenty right away and change to a physical address. Note also that Rush Delivery shipments cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes.

Want to know exactly where your packages are? We've got verification for most bigger orders of shipping status through UPS or USPS. PLEASE NOTE: Items under 1 pound may be shipped Parcel Post First Class. Items shipped Parcel Post First Class cannot be tracked.

Customers in areas outside the continental United States pay higher shipping and handling rates because all carriers charge higher rates to ship to these areas. If you need a shipping quote to your area please email me and I will get back to you with a quote.

Yes! We do sell gift certificates. We can customize them as well to your liking. They come in $20.00 increments.

Rates are significantly higher for Rush Service and on all shipments outside the continental United States. Therefore, we encourage our customers to avoid using rush service and to have goods shipped to a physical address, to minimize shipping and handling costs.
